When you shop at Clementine you are supporting my small business and over 40 others that I partner with throughout the US. Nearly all of my products are picked in small batches from a wonderful list of handmade artists and small businesses. I also carry a few lines from larger design companies when I find their quality and aesthetic especially fetching. Because of the unique handmade nature of many of the products, I do my absolute best to represent them accurately in photos, but products will vary slightly from time to time. Many of these products sell out quickly, but I can often get more, just email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.

Shipping: My goal is to ship products within 2-3 days of purchase. Sometimes I can get them out faster, but since it is just me, sometimes things take a bit longer. Every once in a while a product is on its way to me when you buy it and it gets delayed, if this is the case, I try to email you as soon as possible. Everything ships priority mail or First Class USPS. If you need it sooner, just email to work out details.
International Shipping: International shipping has grown incredibly expensive and it continues to be unreliable with timing. I want to continue serving my international customers, but I have had trouble tracking several packages. I will mail all international packages with delivery confirmation and signature required receipt when possible. I will always do what I can to get your package to you, however, once your package leaves the United States with delivery confirmation, I cannot be responsible for the time it takes to arrive or for any lost or missing packages.
Gifts: I receive an emails immediately after you place an order, if you need to change anything (eg. you bought a gift and you entered your shipping address, but you want it to go to your friend), just send me a note, I can alter the shipping information. I am also happy to include a note with all gifts.
Returns: I hope you are very happy with all of your Clementine purchases. If an item arrives broken or damaged, contact me immediately and we will work out an exchange. Returns for other reasons will be handled on a case-by-case basis for store credit. Items on sale are final sale. Please email email@example.com within a week of your receipt of an item you wish to exchange. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and deliver confirmation.
